Dedicated Teams · Full-time · Part-time · Hourly

Hire dedicated developers who join your team, not a ticket queue.

React, mobile, backend and AI engineers who work in your Slack, your repos and your stand-ups — screened by the team that ships its own products to production.

Shortlist: 2–3 candidates in 48 hours. Onboarding: 72 hours. Contracts: month-to-month.

Why teams stay

Seven reasons teams stay with our developers.

Staff augmentation usually fails on trust, not talent. These are the rules that keep our clients renewing month after month.

1

No long-term lock-in

Month-to-month contracts. Scale up or down with 30 days notice.

2

You interview & pick

Screened shortlist of 2–3 candidates per role. You decide.

3

Works in your tools

They use your Slack, Jira, Linear, GitHub — not ours.

4

Timezone overlap

Engineers available for your stand-ups & review windows.

5

Backup & replacement

If someone leaves or isn't a fit, free replacement in 7 days.

6

Team lead included

A senior engineer reviews code even on single-dev contracts.

7

Your IP, your repos, in writing

NDA and full IP assignment are part of every contract, and all code lands in repositories you own from the first commit — so offboarding is never a hostage negotiation.

How it works

Four steps from request to work-output.

No lengthy procurement cycle. Most clients go from first message to a developer committing code in under a week.

Onboard in 72 hours with tooling, repos and comms ready.

Engagement models

Dedicated, project-based or staff augmentation?

Three honest ways to work with us. If dedicated developers are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you to a project-based engagement instead.

FAQ

Hiring questions, answered.

How fast can a developer start?

We shortlist 2–3 screened candidates within 48 hours of your brief. Once you pick, onboarding — tooling, repository access and communication channels — is typically complete within 72 hours.

Do I interview the developers before hiring?

Yes, always. You receive a screened shortlist of 2–3 candidates per role and run your own interviews. You decide who joins — we never assign someone you have not spoken to.

What if the developer is not a good fit?

We replace them free of charge within 7 days. Contracts are month-to-month, so you can also scale up or down with 30 days notice — there is no long-term lock-in.

Whose tools and processes do the developers use?

Yours. Our developers work in your Slack, Jira, Linear and GitHub, attend your stand-ups and follow your review process. Code is committed to repositories you own from day one.

Is there a minimum commitment?

One month. Hourly engagements are billed against a pre-agreed block of hours; part-time and full-time engagements run month-to-month and renew only if you want them to.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Every engagement includes an NDA and full IP assignment in the contract, and all work happens in repositories under your control.

Tell us who you need.

Send the stack, seniority and hours per week. You will have a shortlist of screened CVs within 48 hours — no commitment until you have interviewed them.
