Booking app
Browse categories, see transparent pricing and inclusions, pick a time slot, track the provider live, approve quotes, pay in-app and rate the job. Rebook past services in two taps.
A complete on-demand home services stack under your brand: a customer app for booking, a provider app for earning and an admin panel that runs the marketplace — categories, slots, quotes, KYC, commissions and payouts. You keep the commission. You own the code.
Surfaces: Customer app · Provider app · Admin panel. Launch model: one city, 3–5 categories, then scale.
Every role gets a purpose-built surface — connected by one backend, one booking pipeline and one ledger.
Browse categories, see transparent pricing and inclusions, pick a time slot, track the provider live, approve quotes, pay in-app and rate the job. Rebook past services in two taps.
Onboarding with document upload, job offers with accept / decline, day schedule, navigation to site, itemised quote builder, job photos before / after, earnings ledger and payout statements.
Dispatch board, provider KYC review, category and pricing management, service areas, commission rules, payout batches, disputes and refunds, promo codes and city-level reports.
Categories, sub-services and pricing are managed from the admin panel — add, hide or reprice without touching code.

Before / after photos, digital job card, in-app payment (UPI, card, wallet) or cash marked by the provider.
Star rating with tags, optional tip, warranty window on the job and one-tap rebooking later.
Every completed job splits into provider earnings and platform commission automatically — ready for the payout cycle.

Staged flow: profile, skills, ID and address documents, trade certificates, background-check status and a training quiz gate before going live.
Commission rules per category, city or provider tier. Weekly payout batches, provider statements, TDS-ready ledger exports.
Star ratings with reason tags both ways — customers rate providers, providers rate jobs. Low-rating alerts feed the quality queue.

Customer–provider chat scoped to the booking, with number-masked calling so personal phone numbers are never exposed.

The provider app has a staged onboarding flow: profile and skills, document upload (ID, address proof, trade certificates), background-check status and a training / quiz gate. Admins review each stage from the panel and can approve, reject with reasons or request re-submission. Providers only become bookable after full approval.
Both. Catalogue services (like a standard AC service) carry fixed or slab pricing with visible inclusions. Diagnostic jobs (like an unknown appliance fault) start with a visit fee, after which the provider submits an itemised quote in the app — parts and labour listed separately — that the customer approves before work begins.
Commission rules are set per category, per city or per provider tier. Every completed job generates a ledger entry splitting the amount between provider earnings and platform commission. Payouts run on a weekly or configurable cycle; providers see a full statement — jobs, deductions, adjustments — inside their app.
Yes — and we recommend it. Categories, sub-services, pricing and service areas are all data managed from the admin panel, not code. Most operators launch with 3–5 strong categories in one city, build provider supply and repeat bookings, then expand city by city.
The customer raises a structured complaint (wrong work, damage, overcharge, no-show) with photos. Your team sees the full job record — quote, before / after photos, timeline — and can issue a partial or full refund to the wallet, deduct the provider, or dispatch a rework visit under the job's warranty window. Every action is logged.
You own it. The platform is delivered with full source code — apps, backend and admin panel — published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, deployed to infrastructure you control. Ongoing updates and monitoring are available through our Support & Maintenance (AMC) service, which is optional.
Tell us your city, categories and provider count. We'll walk you through the platform end to end — booking to payout — and send a written proposal with timeline.
