We're running Smart Hospital / a custom PHP HMS today. Can you migrate our data?
Yes. We've built migration adapters for Smart Hospital, Medixcel, eHospital and most regional PHP HMS products. Patient master, visit history, prescriptions, lab results, pharmacy stock and last 12 months of billing — all imported. Typical migration runs over a weekend with a one-week parallel run for verification.
Do you support DICOM / PACS integration?
Yes — Hospital and Group tiers ship with a Modality Worklist (MWL) endpoint your X-ray, CT, MRI or ultrasound machines can talk to directly. Group tier adds a built-in PACS archive with browser-based viewer. Existing third-party PACS (Synapse, Carestream, RadiAnt) plug in via standard DICOM C-STORE.
Is ABDM / ABHA integration ready?
Yes — ABHA ID linking, consent manager flow, health record exchange (FHIR R4 over the ABDM gateway) and HFR / HPR registry sync are available on Hospital and Group tiers. We help with the M2 / M3 milestone documentation for ABDM empanelment.
Can patients book appointments and pay through their own app?
Yes — native iOS + Android patient app on all tiers. Patients book appointments, view e-prescriptions, see lab + radiology reports, pay bills via UPI / card, join live video consults and download vaccination records.
How do you handle TPA / insurance claims?
Built-in case-manager portal. Pre-auth submission, member ID verification, document upload, network rate match, claim status tracking, claim aging dashboard. Integrates with major TPAs (Medi Assist, Paramount, Family Health Plan) via their portal APIs.
Can we deploy on-prem instead of your cloud?
Yes — Group tier ships with Docker Compose / Kubernetes manifests for on-prem deployment. Common for government hospitals and groups that need data residency. Source-code escrow + 6-month transition clause is part of the contract.
