How does surge pricing work?
Surge is calculated per geofenced zone using demand/supply ratios, time of day and configurable multipliers. Operators can override manually from the dispatcher console.
Which map providers are supported?
Google Maps and Mapbox out of the box. We have built bridges to Ola Maps and HERE on request to optimise per-market pricing.
How are driver payouts handled?
Daily or weekly cycles via Razorpay X, Stripe Connect or local bank rails. Instant withdrawal where rails permit.
Can we add bike, auto and rentals?
Yes. Each vehicle category has independent fare rules, matching radius, surge tables and commission splits.
What about regulatory licences?
Operator licensing is your responsibility; we provide compliance hooks (e.g. document expiry, audit log, data residency) and can advise per market.
