We do not — we promise SLA based on real-time picker queue, rider availability and traffic. The promise shown to the customer is what we commit.

How is dark-store inventory kept accurate?

Every cart reserves stock; cancellations release immediately. Picker scans confirm physical pick. Nightly reconciliation flags shrinkage.

Can we run hybrid (dark store + storefront)?

Yes — a store can serve both quick-commerce and walk-in customers with separate stock allocations.

What about cold-chain items?

Storage zones (ambient/chilled/frozen) tagged per SKU. Picker app routes cold items last to minimise temperature loss.

Is there a B2B / kirana mode?

Yes — a B2B mode supports bulk pricing, credit limits, GST invoicing and weekly replenishment for small retailers.
