How does astrologer onboarding and KYC work?
Astrologers apply through an onboarding flow with profile, specialisations, languages and rate expectations, then submit KYC documents. The marketplace admin reviews and approves each astrologer before they can go live. Every astrologer gets their own availability calendar, pricing and earnings dashboard once approved.
How are payouts and commission handled?
You set the commission per astrologer or per tier. Customer payments land in the platform wallet flow; each astrologer's net earnings accrue to their ledger and disburse automatically on the Razorpay Route pattern to their verified bank account, with a full audit trail. Astrologers track everything in their own earnings dashboard.
Can astrologers set their own pricing and availability?
